More than 85 B-tech Engineers, 112 Diploma Engineers & 200 Highskilled Employees alongwith 550 other category Team in SRG’s employees temperately work round the clock at Bhushan Steel Limited Angul unit. TEAM SRG handle By-Product unit, Operation & Maintenance Coke Oven, RMHS, Refectory & House Keeping in SOP. TEAM SRG gladly received Successfully Completion letter from Bhushan Steel Management Last Year.
- SRG Team involved Non Recovery Coke Oven Operation at Electrosteel Steel Limited Bokaro. ESL Bokaro is 0.5 MTPA non recover vertical Coke Oven Plant at Eastern Part of India. More than 25 B-tech Engineer, 46 Diploma Engineers,60 Highskilled Technical Employees & 200 Other category team members work round the clock at Electrosteel Steel Limited Bokaro unit. Several time SRG received application mail for Highest Production from ESL Management. Here TEAM SRG every month overcoming his last Highest Production record.
- We have received safety award from M/S JSPL for safe operation 2010 – 2011.
- Four times we have bagged the zero breakdown month award for the year 2010 – 2011.
- JSPL has conducted IQ Test for staff and workers of all contractors in JSPL. Out of which we have received the maximum number of awards.
- Smaller outsourcing partner responds to changing technologies faster than a large organization which is focusing on multiple aspects of production value chain.
- Our staff are successfully maintaining ISO, OHAS, TPM, HIRA standards.
- In almost every major Hospitals - Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Medical billing has been outsourced to the respective domain specialists to enable the Hospital Management to focus on Healthcare Services.
- Now a days, Railways have outsourced Housekeeping and food & beverages services, that has led to better management of customer service.
We involved ourselves to implement various things in several area like:
- Wharf – We placed linear plate on top of refractory lining for long life of wharf surface and smooth operation. It is an improvement mainly by us on the traditional process.
- We had changed primary inlet dimension and mechanism to reduce burning loss.
- For proper heating of refractory appliances we introduced refractory appliances heating chamber in place of conventional heating procedure with the help of JSPL officials.
- We have implemented flapper in coke guide tray of quenching car, which as result reduces spillage of coke at quenching basin.
- We changed old header and the module lining application.
